Dues & assessments are collected to fund the Associations monthly operational costs that also include garbage service for each residence.  The current dues & assessments are $86.50 per month ($70.00 association dues / $16.50 garbage fee). Payments are due by the first of the month and are considered delinquent after the 15th of the month. Make check payable to WPOA and deposit in the small mailbox next to the clubhouse front door (do not use the curb mail box).  Dues may also be paid electronically through your bank’s online bill paying service (use the home address and telephone number of the current treasurer).

The assessments are used to maintain the Wexford common areas, such as the streets, pool, clubhouse, entrance gates, street lights, tennis courts, grounds maintenance etc.. In addition, funds are designated for major maintenance/ improvement projects as well as to provide a variety of social activities for all residents.  For more information on the use of the assessments, please see a copy of the Wexford budget and treasurer’s report.


Beginning January 1, 1994, and continuing thereafter, unless changed by Board resolution, use and access to the specific recreational areas known as the clubhouse, the pool, and the tennis courts, shall be restricted to “Association Members in Good Standing”, which term shall be further defined to be those members that are not delinquent in the payment of any annual assessment.
