The Wexford board creates various committees to help with the job of operating and maintaining our neighborhood. Serving on a committee is a great way to meet your neighbors and to better understand the needs of our neighborhood. Volunteers are always needed and welcomed. A summary of each committee’s responsibility and Primary / Alternate initial points of contact is listed below.
Architectural Control / Grievance
Reviews and monitors all improvements or additions to existing homes, and the construction of new home, to assure compliance with the Protective Covenants; addresses resident questions, formal complaints and violations of the covenants. Please contact a member of the Board or the Board President.
Serves as Neighborhood Watch coordinator and liaison with the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office.
Community Awareness (VACANT)
Assists the board with county issues affecting the subdivision, including planning & zoning, highway construction, growth management, etc.; attends county meetings as representative of Wexford.
Monitors the operations and maintenance of the two gates; maintains the database of entrance codes; programs remote control units; assists neighbors with any problems. Hamp Vining (706-650-9335 /email@example.com).
Acts as liaison with landscaper and common area maintenance companies; develops and works on projects to enhance the appearance of Wexford. Primary: Marita Moberg (706-868-6813 /firstname.lastname@example.org ).
Maintains Health Department standards for pool water quality through routine cleaning of the pool and associated equipment. Licensed swimming pool operator: Dennis Moberg, (706-868-6813 / email@example.com ).
Plans and organizes social events for neighborhood children and adults.
